Each
year only a small number of wine producers achieve a recommendation from
the expert panel of Judges used by Winestate. The excellent reputation our magazine has
is built is based on its independence and unbiased blind tasting of over 10
thousand wines each year. The results are referenced by wine consumers when
making their choice for purchase and used as a third party endorsement in
promotional collateral by many savvy wine marketers.

throughout 2006. It is worth remembering that during a normal year more
than 50% of the wines submitted do not get recommended and in this issue
generally less than 20% make the cut, so this is another opportunity to
